Vi 5G: The company’s 5G network is live at some places in Pune and Delhi. That means Vi customers can experience the company’s 5G network.

The official launch of 5G mobile network in India took place last year at the India Mobile Congress. Reliance Jio and Airtel were the early players to launch 5G mobile networks in India and expanded rapidly. Voda-Idea was left far behind. Only now its 5G services have become live. According to a report, the company’s 5G network is live in some places in Pune and Delhi. That means Vi customers can experience the company’s 5G network.

The special thing is that no announcement has been made by Voda-Idea in this regard. TelecomTech has received this information from the company’s website. There is no information yet about the 5G plans of Voda-Idea. Voda-Idea’s website says, get ready to experience Wii’s 5G network at selected places in Pune and Delhi. It has been told that Vi users can experience continuous connectivity with 5G ready SIM.

Recently, at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2023, Vi had indicated that the company’s 5G services would start this year. Kumar Mangalam Birla, one of the promoters of Vi, had said that the Vi team worked very hard to launch the 5G network last year.

It is noteworthy that due to Jio and Airtel’s rapid move towards 5G, Vi has suffered the loss of customers. TRAI data shows that till July this year, more than 13 lakh consumers left Vi. At present, more than 22 crore users are connected to the company.
