Facility for 1 year

This facility is for central employees, which was started last year. Modi government has extended this service for 1 year. More than 1 crore employees and pensioners are getting salary and pension under the 7th Pay Commission.

Difficulty in giving pension form

The Union Minister said that due to the epidemic, government employees may have difficulty in submitting pension forms in the office. It is also possible that they may not be in a position to deposit the Claim Farm Pay and Account Office with the service book. Especially if both offices are in different cities, then this problem increases further.

Provision of Provisional Pension

Harishankar Tiwari, former president of AG Office Brotherhood (Prayagraj) told Jagran.com that provision of Provisional pension has been there even before. A government employee gets a provisional pension when he retires. This pension is made on his last drawn salary. There is not much difference between the amount of the actual pension and the provisional pension.

Will continue to receive pension

The Ministry of Personnel said that central employees retiring during Covid 19 will start receiving temporary pension money until the issuance of Pension Payment Order (PPO) and another paper work.
