According to the All India Bank officers confederation (AIBOC), dearness allowance has been increased for November, December, January. This time the dearness allowance has been increased by 37 slabs. There was an increase of 30 slabs for August, September and October. This increase has come after the release of the data of AIACPI (All India Average Consumer Price Index).
DA increased by more than 3 percent
According to the notification, the AIACPI average for July, August and September for industrial workers is 8088.04. With this DA has increased from 397 slabs to 434 slabs (8088.04- 6352 = 1736.04/4 = 434 Slabs). The DA for August, September and October 2021 was 397 slabs. Due to these figures, the DA of bankers and staff has increased to 30.38%. The dearness allowance (DA) of government bankers has increased by more than 3%.
