The scope of provident fund will increase
If experts are to be believed, the central employees are also getting retirement benefits. Due to increase in dearness allowance, their salary will increase and monthly provident fund and gratuity will also increase. Both these components are calculated from Basic+DA. If DA will increase then PF, Gratuity will also increase. Monthly PF, gratuity contribution will increase in this.
Pensioners will also have fun with the employees
Dearness Relief (DR) of the pensioners coming under the Central Government will also increase. It is linked with DA only. After retirement, it is available as dearness relief. DR can also increase from 42 percent to 46 percent. His monthly pension will increase.
There will be a tremendous increase in dearness allowance in July
The next increase in DA will be applicable from July 2023 only. Means dearness allowance till June 2023 will be applicable from July. There is every possibility of 4 percent increase in DA. With this it can increase to 46 percent.
