7th pay commission: According to the All India Bank Officers Confederation (AIBOC), dearness allowance has been increased for November, December, January.
New Delhi:The 7th pay commission employees in various departments of the central government are getting the gift of Diwali. In this episode, the lottery of bankers is also held. This has benefited more than 8 lakh bankers and supporting staff of the country. Before Diwali, the government has increased their dearness allowance. This dearness allowance has been released for one quarter. Dearness allowance has been increased to 30.38 per cent.
37 slabs raised
According to the All India Bank Officers’ Confederation (AIBOC), dearness allowance has been increased for November, December, January. This time the dearness allowance has been increased by 37 slabs. There was an increase in 30 slabs for August, September and October. This increase has come after the release of AIACPI (All India Average Consumer Price Index) data.
DA hiked by more than 3 percent
According to the notification the AIACPI average for July, August and September for industrial workers is 8088.04. With this DA has increased from 397 slab to 434 slab (8088.04- 6352 = 1736.04/4 = 434 slab). The DA for August, September and October 2021 was 397 slab. Due to these figures, the DA of bankers and employees has increased to 30.38 percent. Dearness Allowance (DA) of government bankers has increased by more than 3%.
Bankers’ salary will increase
The salary of a Probationary Officer (Bank PO) working in a government bank ranges from Rs 40,000 to Rs 42,000 per month. The part of basic salary in this is Rs 27,620 per month. More than 3 per cent increase in DA is leading to a direct increase in salary. The maximum basic pay after promotion is Rs 42,020. During this he gets 4 promotions.
