Chief Minister gave information

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot gave this information on social media platform ‘X’. He wrote-Gift on the festival! It is a matter of happiness that the proposal of four percent dearness allowance increase sent by the government in the interest of government employees of Rajasthan has been approved by the Election Commission. He further wrote, “Now in Rajasthan, dearness allowance has increased from 42 percent to 46 percent. More than eight lakh employees and more than four lakh pensioners will be benefited by this step. Let us tell you that assembly elections are to be held in the state on November 25 and in view of this, Model Code of Conduct is in force in the state. In such a situation, approval from the Election Commission was mandatory for the state government.

Odisha-Haryana also announced

Let us tell you that the governments of Odisha and Haryana have also announced to increase the dearness allowance of their state employees by 4 percent. After this increase, the allowance of government employees of Odisha and Haryana has increased from 42 percent to 46 percent.
