7th Pay Commission, 7th CPC Latest News, Jammu and Kashmir Government Employees: Jammu and Kashmir Administration has constituted a Special Task Force (STF). The STF has the right to take action against any employee who is suspected to be involved in activities against the ‘security of the state’. That is, STF can remove any employee on the basis of doubt.
According to the news published in ‘The Indian Express’, STF has been constituted only under Article 311 (2) (c) of the Constitution. Under this Article, any employee can be dismissed from the job without constituting an inquiry committee.

The STF will be headed by the Additional DGP of the Jammu and Kashmir CID. These will include an IG, a representative of law, justice and parliamentary affairs, and a representative of the employee’s department.
Through this panel, the officials who are harming the interests of the country will be shown the way out. This task force, along with Terror Monitoring Group, will gather evidence to take action against the guilty employees. Whatever conclusion this five-member Special Task Force will reach will be considered final.
