How much will the salary increase?

The fitment factor of the employees will increase to 3.68 times. Also, whatever the formula, the basic salary of the employees can increase by 44.44%.
This will be the minimum salary in the new pay commission!

If this happens, then the minimum basic salary of the employees will also see an increase accordingly and it can be Rs 51,480. It is worth noting that at present the minimum basic salary is Rs 18000. Along with this, pensioners will also get benefits according to this and their minimum pension can increase from the current Rs 9000 to Rs 25,740.
