What could be the salary?
The minimum monthly salary for level one employees could be Rs 18000. At fitment factor 1.92 percent, the minimum salary could increase from Rs 18000 to Rs 34650, at fitment factor 2.08, the minimum salary could increase from Rs 18000 to Rs 37440, at fitment factor 2.86 percent, the minimum salary could increase from Rs 18000 to Rs 51480.
