What is the pass-fail and the fund of Grace, also know
To be successful in the Bihar Board Examination, the candidates should score at least 33 percent marks in each paper. If a candidate fails with some numbers in one or two subjects, the board can pass it by giving him grace marks. Last year, 1,32,486 candidates failed in one or two subjects in the Intermediate, out of which 72,610 were passed. But what if a candidate fails in the compulsory subject?
