New Delhi: The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) on Wednesday advised users to be vigilant with a fraud message, claiming that the government will provide three months of free recharge to 10 crore people. It has been claimed that the government is providing a three-month free recharge to Airtel, Jio and Vadafone-Idea (Vi) customers to study online. This offer can be enjoyed till the end of this month.
