Bank of Baroda offers many types of facilities to its customers, in which many facilities are free. In view of the fact that customers do not have difficulty in availing banking facility, services from mobile branch to mobile banking have been started. During the Corona period, customers can get complete banking facilities without visiting the branch, for this, mobile branch and mobile banking are considered as a convenient medium.




To further extend this service, Bank of Baroda has started a digital portable branch. In order to enable people to get self-service and avail banking facility round the clock, a digital branch has been started. Those who have technical knowledge, they will be able to use this service more properly. A digital portable branch is a ready-made branch with many different machines for self-service. With the help of this branch, customers can avail the facility of account opening, cash withdrawal, passbook update, balance inquiry, fund transfer, bill payment round the clock.

Digital portable branch offers many types of digital service. This branch is equipped with high-tech machines in which digital technology is used. This branch is equipped with account opening kiosks, card dispensers, cash dispensers, passbook printer machines. Earlier, we had to go to the branch for this work, which was available till 10-5 pm. But to provide 24-hour convenience to customers, a digital branch has been started. Before starting this branch, the bank had shown its demo to the Ministry of Finance. In terms of digital service, the Finance Ministry appreciated this branch and this facility came into effect.

Mobile banking facility

To make digital service more user friendly, Bank of Baroda has launched Baroda M Connect Mobile Banking App. In this, many types of facilities are available in one click. Such as toll recharge, transferring money to Sukanya Samriddhi account, setting PIN of debit card, updating email ID, facility for applying for Atal Pension Yojana. You can apply for micro insurance schemes through the app, you can send a request to transfer savings bank account from one branch to another.

You can link savings account, current account, cash credit, overdraft, loan and PF account on mobile app. If you want, you can see the mini statement on the app through the graphics. If there is an NRI, then the app has special features for it. Calling check books, withdrawing cards from mobiles, closing your FD or RD account at any time, scan and payment facilities, setting the maximum transaction limit can also be done.

Whatsapp banking

To make the facilities of customers more accessible, Bank of Baroda has introduced WhatsApp banking. Most people have a smartphone in their hands nowadays and there is definitely a messaging app WhatsApp in it. In view of this, Bank of Baroda has started WhatsApp banking. Registering on it is quite easy.

To avail this facility, you have to save the bank’s WhatsApp business account number 8433888777 in the contact list of your mobile. If you want, you can also do this work by https://wa.me/918433888777?text=Hi. Through this banking, the customer can know about the last five transactions, checking the balance in the account. You can apply for a check book. You can block the debit card, get information about the interest rate and also know the address of the nearest branch.
