Covid Fund: After the employees in Himachal, now pensioners will also be deducted salary

Salary Deduction in Himachal Govt Employee: On Wednesday, the Himachal government announced that the government officials, officers of corporations and boards of the state will lose two days’ wages. These include Class 1 and Class 2 officers. At the same time, one day’s salary of the third and fourth class employees will be deposited in the Kovid fund.




Shimla. In Himachal Pradesh, after the order of deduction of salaries of officers and employees, now pensioners will also be deducted for one day. Interestingly, this order has been issued by Health Secretary Amitabh Awasthi instead of Personnel Department. This will be deducted from the basic pension of all pensioners and family pensioners and will be deposited in the Kovid fund. Orders have been issued for deducting the pension of all pensioners in the State Secretariat branch of State Bank of India and the bank accounts of HDFC Bank Chhota Shimla (Shimla).

On Wednesday, the Himachal government announced that the government officials, officers of corporations and boards of the state will be paid two days’ wages. These include Class 1 and Class 2 officers. At the same time, one day’s salary of the third and fourth class employees will be deposited in the Kovid fund. After this, the government announced that the cabinet minister would give one month’s salary to the Kovid fund. At the same time, two days’ salary of the MLAs will also go to the fund.
