Step 1. First of all you have to open the official website of Road Transport and Highways https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/.
Step 2. On the home page, you will see the option of online services in a menu bar, click on it.
Step 3. After clicking on it, you will see the option of driving license related services in another number, click on it.
Step 4. After which a new page will open on your screen. In which the option of Select State will appear in the box which appears, click on it and select your state.
Step 5. After selecting the state, another page will open in front of you, in which you will see many options, in which the option of Apply for Learner License and on the second number for Apply for Driving License will appear.
Step 6. If you want to learn the car, then learn the license of the learner and drive, then click on the option of license.
Step 7. After clicking on the license option, you will come up with the option to fill in the order in which your details, upload document, upload photo and signature, place and time of test for driving license, payment fees, verification pay status and Finally, the option of Print Receipt will appear and complete it.
Step 8. After depositing the fee of Rs 350, a message will be sent to your registered mobile number, which will explain the place and time of giving the driving test.
Step 9. Go to the place and time of the message and give your driving test.
Step 10. Your driving license will come to your home by post within 15 days of giving the driving test.
