Airtel’s gift: Rs 49 pack will be given free to 5.5 crore low-income customers

Telecom company Bharti Airtel will offer 49 free recharges to its low-income 55 million subscribers on its network to help it stay connected to the Kovid-19 epidemic. With this, prepaid customers of Airtel, who buy a recharge coupon of Rs 79, will now get double the benefit.




In this regard, Airtel said in a statement released on Sunday that it will give a pack of Rs 49 free to 5.5 crore low-income customers. Explain that this pack will get talk time of 38 rupees and 100 MB data with validity of 28 days. The plan will cost around Rs 270 crore.

The company said, ‘Airtel will give a pack of Rs 49 free to 5.5 million low-income customers as a one-time help. We will empower more than 5.5 crore customers to stay connected and access critical information when needed. ‘ He said that these benefits will be available in the coming week.
