Step 1- Visit the NSDL website onlineservices.nsdl .
Step 2- Click on the PAN card correction form and fill it correctly.
Step 3- After filling the form, you will get a new token number. This token number will also go to your e-mail.
Step 4- At the top of the page, there will be an option to update the image and signature. After filling your personal details, click Next.
Step 5 – At the bottom of the new page, you have to click on ‘PAN Card issued by mistake’.
Step 6- You will be charged Rs 110 for this.
Step 7- After the payment, it has to be told whether the PAN card belongs to the company or to the trust or to any family.
Step 8- Submit after giving all the information.
Step 9- After this, the information about PAN card, address proof, date of birth will have to be sent to the PAN card office.
