New Delhi, Do not plan any major work related to the bank on 23 May. Because the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has said that National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) service will be closed for 14 hours on that day.
According to RBI tweet NEFT is being technically upgraded. This repair work will begin after the work is finished on 22 May. This service will not be available from 12.01 pm to 2 pm. The RTGS system will continue to work during this period.
RBI said that banks should provide this information to their customers in advance so that they do not face any problem and they should get their work done in advance. A similar technical upgrade took place on 18 April.

NEFT 24X7 works
Let us know that NEFT 24X7 works. However, the money is transferred at half-an-hour intervals. There is no limit to the amount. Anyone can transfer any amount of money. Banks have different limits regarding this.
What is NEFT?
National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) is a payment system that facilitates fund transfer. NEFT transfers money from one bank to another bank and from one bank branch to another bank branch. Customers can transfer money there who serve NEFT.
