The Yogi government has initiated a change in the rules to provide compensation and jobs to the next of kin of employees who lost their lives due to Kovid infection during election duty. At present, the period of return home from duty is the basis of compensation. In
the current guidelines of the State Election Commission, on the incidents between the period between the return of duty and return home, financial assistance up to Rs. 15 to 30 lakh and a family member will be given a job. There is a provision of giving.
The impact of infection in the Kovid epidemic lasts for several days. In such a case, in the case of personnel who lost their lives after getting infected during election duty, financial aid and job-giving process is not being done. There is a provision of financial assistance of Rs 30 lakh on death from corona during election duty.
After the change in the rules, during the current period of the infected worker during the election, the compensation and job can also be taken on the death. With this, the families of all the workers who lost their loved ones will be able to get these benefits.
Compensation only after the recommendation of the commission,
the spokesman of the state government said that the government gives compensation to the dependents of the deceased employees during election duty only after the recommendation of the State Election Commission. However, in times of epidemics like Corona, the old guide line is hampered by employee interest. In such a situation it has become necessary to amend the guideline. Only after this, dependents will get help.
On his service conditions to the deceased dependents of Shiksha Mitra, Instructor, Employment Servant, the
Yogi said that according to the guideline of the Commission, the State Government gave financial assistance to the dependents of their dependents who died due to corona during election duty. Will go. Will also give a job in government service to a dependent. The deceased dependents of Shiksha Mitra, Instructor, Employment Servant will be given employment based on the same service conditions.
Compensation on death from infection within the specified time limit The
proposed amendment will also consider the inclusion of the state of death in case of transition duty to employees doing election duty within a certain timeframe. The state government is ready to provide all the necessary facilities to its employees, especially at a time when they have done election or any other duty.
