OnePlus Smart TV Launched in India: OnePlus launched OnePlus TV Y Series in India on Monday. Its starting price is 21,999 rupees for 40 inch variants. OnePlus TV Y will be available on Flipkart from 26 May 2021. It will launch on OnePlus website on 1 June.

OnePlus TV Y Series 40 inch model will be available on Flipkart on 26 May and on OnePlus.in from 1 June. OnePlus TV has been launched on Flipkart during the Limited Sale at an initial price of Rs 21,999. At this price, the TV can be purchased from 26 May to 29 May. After the sale, according to the Flipkart banner, the price will be Rs 23,999. Users can avail 12 months no-cost EMI on credit card and debit card transactions of big banks.
Specifications
OnePlus TV Y Series 40 inch Smart TV comes with 93% DCI-P3 color gamut. It is a full HD resolution TV, with support for color special mapping, noise reduction and dynamic contrast. It has a screen to body ratio of over 93 percent. The refresh rate is 60 Hz, which is standard on most TVs.
OnePlus TV has a Media Tech MT6683 processor with Mali-470 GPU processor. It has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage. OnePlus TV Y has two full range 20W box speakers and Dolby Atmos support.
It has support for Google Assistant, Oxygen Play and OnePlus Connect with Android TV 9.0 operating system. Users can also operate the TV with the help of their smartphone. This can be done through the OnePlus Connect app.
Users can use the Smart Volume Control feature to reduce the volume of the Smart TV during incoming calls and to return to the previous volume after the call was over. The app has the TypeSync feature to convert the smartphone into a smart remote, in which users can type or speak directly into their phone without using a traditional remote. OxygenPlay is the content discovery platform of OnePlus TV, where users get content from multiple partners.
Apart from this, the TV also comes with built in, two HDMI and two USB ports and Bluetooth support.
