Jio Rs 98 recharge or BSNL Rs 97 plan, which is better in both? know the difference yourself

BSNL vs Jio: Reliance Jio has recently relaunched its prepaid plan of Rs 98. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) also offers a plan of Rs 97 to its customers. There is a difference of only one rupee in the plans of both the telecom companies, but there is a lot of difference in the benefits that are being offered to the customers in both. Talking about the benefits of BSNL’s Rs 97 plan over Reliance Jio’s Rs 98 prepaid plan, in terms of voice calling, both the companies offer virtually unlimited voice calling service to all users across the country.

Reliance Jio’s Rs 98 prepaid plan comes with a validity of 14 days. Whereas BSNL’s Rs 97 plan comes with a validity of 18 days. In this way, the subscriber of BSNL gets more validity of four days by paying one rupee less than Reliance Jio.

BSNL’s Rs 97 plan offers 2GB (FUP) data daily to the users. At the same time, Jio’s plan gives 1.5GB data daily. Adding the total data, then with the Rs 97 plan of BSNL, users get 36GB data. At the same time, Jio’s plan offers only 21GB data to the users even after being Rs 1 more expensive than BSNL.

Talking about the network, Reliance Jio is better than BSNL. Jio has better network infrastructure, so its subscribers will get better coverage and data speed across the country than BSNL’s network. On the other hand, BSNL users mostly get 3G speed as BSNL does not have 4G network.

Talking about the other benefits available in BSNL’s Rs 97 plan compared to Reliance Jio’s Rs 98 prepaid plan, many benefits including JioCinema, JioCloud, JioTV, JioSaavn are available free with Jio’s plan. At the same time, only Lokdhun content is available for free with BSNL’s plan.

Knowing about the benefits of BSNL’s Rs 97 plan as compared to Jio’s Rs 98 prepaid plan, it can be said that both the plans have their advantages and disadvantages. While BSNL is better than Jio in terms of validity and data, Reliance Jio is better in network quality and data speed.
