Now Aadhar OTP will also come on non-registered mobile number, UIDAI told the whole process

For authentication of PVC order, OTP can be received on any mobile number.

Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has made the process of Aadhaar PVC card generation very simple and easy. Any Indian citizen can order for this sitting at home and for this he will not even need an Aadhaar registered mobile number. Aadhar PVC card will be delivered to you through speed post. UIDAI said that now there is no need to worry, citizens can now get OTP on any mobile number for authentication of their Aadhaar PVC orders. UIDAI has also shared a link to order Aadhaar PVC card.

These facilities will not be available on non-registered numbers

You can ask for OTP on any non-registered number to get PVC Aadhar Card made. But you will not get those facilities which are available on registered mobile number. It has been told on the UIDAI website that you will not see the preview of Aadhaar if you ask for OTP on a non-registered mobile. Along with this, the details related to Aadhaar will also not be visible to the non-registered mobile number.

How to apply pvc card 

First of all open the official website of UIDAI ( https://uidai.gov.in ), then click on Order Aadhaar PVC Card in My Aadhaar section. As soon as you click on Order Aadhaar PVC Card, you will have to enter 12 digit Aadhaar number or 16 digit Virtual ID or 28 digit EID, any one of these three.

UIDAI itself has said that the quality of printing and lamination of the new PVC cards is better. This will go on for many years. Apart from this, with this new PVC Aadhar card, the verification of the authenticity of the card will be done immediately through the QR code. There will be no technical problems in this. Apart from this, it is equipped with modern security features. For security, this new cord has a hologram, Guilloche pattern, Ghost Image and microtext features.

No charge for delivery



The most important thing is that this PVC Aadhar card will not spoil even in the rain. For a new PVC card, you will have to pay only Rs 50 to UIDAI, after which the card will reach your home via speed post. There is no charge for delivery.
