How to update KYC in IDBI Bank

The bank has asked customers to complete their KYC update work so that there is no problem in banking related services.   • You can do this work through SMS. For this, a message has to be sent by writing RKYC to the number 9820346920 from your registered mobile number. Before this a message is received from the bank, after that this message has to be sent.
  • In the message received from the bank, there is a link which has to be clicked. In lieu of the message, the bank also sends the mail to the registered mail id in which the link is given.
  • KYC updation facility is also available in internet banking. Here go to Service & Request and click on Net Banking
  • If customers want, they can also get video-KYC done. This link is available on the Bank’s website. There the whole process of video link is also told.

These documents have to be submitted

  • driving license
  • NREGA job card
  • Letter issued by National Population Register (NPR)
