Advice to saints to follow corona rule
Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha directed officials to make arrangements so that devotees can participate in the morning and evening ‘aarti’ at the cave temple. Through live broadcast, this aarti will help them to stay away from the danger of corona. He also stressed on the need to follow the COVID-19 protocol on important and holy days like Pratham Puja and Sampoorna Puja. He further said that the saints going to the holy cave to perform the aarti will have to strictly follow the Kovid-19 rules.
According to the information, in view of the aarti, arrangements have been made to install three langars. One langar baltal and two langars have been installed at the holy cave site. Even though the yatra is not happening, not only the administrative and police officers will remain active for two months, but security forces will also be deployed. Worship is to be held in the holy cave for 56 days.
