1. How to check PF Balance Online:
- First you have to go to https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemberPassBook/Login .
- Enter your UAN number, password and captcha after visiting the website.
- After logging in, a new page will open in front of you. Here you have to select your member ID.
- When you select the Member ID, you will be presented with two options, Download and View Passbook. You can choose any option as per your convenience.
2. How to check PF Balance by Miss call:
- For information of PF balance through missed call, you will have to make a missed call to 011-22901406 from the register number which is linked with PF account.
- Immediately after making a missed call you will get a message on the register number. In which PF balance information will be found. In just two steps, you will be informed of the PF balance.
3. How to check PF Balance on UMANG App:
- Open the Umang app in your phone the most.
- After that you have to click on EPFO.
- When you click on EPFO, you will see several options under Employee-centric service. You have to click on View Passbook to check the balance.
- As you click on the passbook, you have to enter your UAN number. After entering the number you have to click on Get OTP. As soon as you click on this option, an OTP will be sent to your register number. Submit it in the Enter OTP space.
- After submitting the OTP, you will be presented with a passbook. You will see all the passbooks of the companies you have worked for here. Click on the passbook and the balance will come in front of you.
4. How to Check PF Balance by SMS:
- If you want to get your EPF balance by missed call, you don’t have to do anything more. All you have to do is text EPFOHO UAN from your registered mobile number and send a message to 7738299899.
- Note that you can also get the message in your language. But for that you have to write the code after UAN. For information in Hindi, type EPFOHO UAN HIN, GUJ for Gujarati, PUN for Punjabi, KAN for Kannada, MAR for Marathi, TAM for Tamil, TEL for Telugu, BEN for Bengali and MAL for Malayalam.
- For example, for balance information in Gujarati, you have to write EPFOHO UAN GUJ and send a message to 7738299899. As soon as the SMS is sent, a message with balance will come to your register number.
