The Central Government is offering sweet kabur to the farmers. It is a known fact that the Central Government has introduced various schemes to double the income of food donors and provide financial support to them. However, the Farmers Producer Organization Scheme (FPO) is one of these schemes.
Going into full details, the Center will provide a loan of Rs 15 lakh through this scheme. The Modi government will provide financial assistance of Rs 15 lakh to farmers to start an agriculture business. This gives some relief to the farmers.
The central government has already announced the scheme. Even though many people have already joined it. In order to get Rs 15 lakh under the Farmers Producer Organization scheme, 11 farmers have to form an organization.
It must be registered under the Companies Act. Next seeds, medicines, fertilizers etc. will be sold to the farmers. The Modi government will provide a loan of Rs 15 lakh to each FPVO. This will set up the organization and start the work. The center hopes to set up 10,000 FPVs by 2023-24.
