The ministry has launched a recall portal on the transport website- vahan.parivahan.gov.in , where consumers can register their complaints. The Ministry has started this portal with the aim of helping the vehicle users who are facing the problem of recall.
The ministry has told that if your complaint is of any faulty component or software issue in the vehicle, you can complain about it by visiting this portal.

But the condition of the ministry is that you will be able to complain about the defect in your vehicle on the recall portal only when it is less than seven years old.

You can tell here if there is any faulty component or software related problem or if there is any such problem, due to which the problem of road safety arises.
Once your complaint is registered, the ministry will investigate your complaint, analyze the problem, and announce the recall only after considering the defect nature of your vehicle. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will investigate the complaint for the ministry.
