The Education Department has released Rs 50 crore 11 lakh for 50114 students of minority category who have passed the matriculation examination year 2021. All the students of this class will be given this incentive amount at the rate of ten thousand rupees. According to the information released by the Education Department, this amount will be given to the students of Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi and linguistic minority Bengali students in the minority category. This amount will go directly to the account of the beneficiary candidates.
Let us inform that this time the Bihar Board had conducted the matriculation examination in February, after which the board released its result in the first week of April. About 17 lakh (16.84 lakh) students had appeared in the Bihar Board this year, of which 78 percent students passed.
On the other hand, in view of Corona, the Bihar Board did not take the compartmental examination, after which the students failed in one or two subjects in the Inter and Matriculation Examination-2021 have been passed by giving additional grace marks. With this decision, 97,474 more students passed in Inter and more than 1 lakh students passed in Matric.
Let us inform that Bihar Board (BSEB) had created history in releasing this result. This was probably the first time in the history of Bihar School Examination Committee when the results of the annual secondary examination were released on 05 April. Earlier in the year 2019, the result of the examination was released by the committee on 06 April. Due to Corona, this time the first result was released.
