The Greater Noida Authority has increased the price of the land by more than 4 percent. An increased price order has also been issued. Along with this, there are more than two dozen such areas of Greater Noida where land prices have been increased by up to 10 percent. These areas are those which are situated along the Metro Rail Corridor. The Greater Noida Authority will have to pay 2% more fees on resale properties in such areas. The new land rates will be considered effective from April 1. It is worth noting that two more new projects of Metro Rail are starting in Greater Noida. By the way, the Greater Noida Authority has increased the price of land by 4.15 percent in general. This increase in prices has been done on all categories. For example, according to the new rate, now the price of residential land has increased from Rs 24060 to Rs 33330 per square meter. 29408 to 34370 for builders, 9060 to 20309 for IT schemes, industrial 4085 to 20310, institutional from 9060 to 20310 and BPO from 15630 to 20310 rupees per sqm.
Prices hiked on Metro Route In Greater Noida, the cost of land on Metro route has been increased. These include Jaitpur Depot Station on one side of the Aqua Line Metro Corridor to the Greater Noida Authority Office, Sector Delta, Alpha, Pari Chowk and Knowledge Park. While on the other hand there are many projects including some housing projects, commercial properties, Jaypee Greens. Greater Noida Authority will go from Jaitpur depot to Bodaki. This metro will go up to the multi-modal transport hub. This corridor will be of about 3 km. In this also many residential sectors and industrial sectors of Greater Noida Authority will come.
