Etihad Airways Guest Relations said from its Twitter handle that it has been decided to suspend international flights between UAE and India till August 2. The officials will decide whether this date will be extended further or not. Etihad Help, while replying to a user on Twitter, said that we have just received information that flights coming from India have been postponed till 2 August. It is further written in the tweet that it is not even known whether the date will go ahead, it will be decided by the officials. The agency said that right now you will not be able to see the availability of tickets or seats on the website.
Let us inform that earlier UAE’s flagship carrier Emirates had suspended all flights to Dubai from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh till July 28. Emirates had said in a statement that if any traveler has been in these four Asian countries in the last 14 days, then he is not allowed to come to the UAE right now.
