After getting the good news to the central employees, now the Modi government has also given good news for the employees working in the PSU sector. Actually, dearness allowance has been increased by the government to more than 8 lakh government employees of PSU banks. Employees will get the salary for the month of August. Here is the calculation of DA
The DA of PSU sector employees has been extended for August, September, October 2021. That is, this increase is only for 3 months. It has been fixed on the basis of data of AIACPI (All India Average Consumer Price Index). The salary of PSU bank employees is in different categories. In this, the salary of Bank PO (Probationary Officer) is 40 to 42 thousand rupees per month. In this the basic is Rs 27,620, on which the DA has increased by 2.10 percent. According to the service history rules for PO, 4 increments are given to the employee during the entire service. According to the Indian Banks Association (IBA) order, the DA figure for May, June and July 2021 was 367 slabs. There has been an increase of 30 slabs for August to October. On this basis, now the DA of PSU employees has increased by 2.10 percent to 27.79 percent.
