SBI keeps on maintaining its digital banking platform from time to time. Last month also the services of State Bank of India were disrupted due to maintenance activities.
SBI News Alert: The country’s largest government bank SBI has issued an alert for its crores of customers. It has been told by the State Bank of India that for a few hours on September 4 and 5, customers will not be able to use 7 types of services including internet banking. During this time these services will be disrupted.
The bank has informed that these banking services will not be available for three hours on the night of September 4 and 5 for maintenance activities. During this time SBI customers will not be able to use these banking services. SBI has also apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customers.

SBI has given information about this through official Twitter. In the tweet, SBI has said, “Maintenance activities will run from 22:35 pm on 4th September to 01:35 pm on 5th September. Internet Banking, YONO, YONO Lite, YONO Business and IMPS and UPI services will not be available during this period.

Every time the bank gives prior information

During this time, digital banking customers are not able to get the benefit of services of YONO, YONO Lite, Internet Banking, Unified Payment Interface. Every time the customers are informed in advance by the bank.
35 million users of SBI Yono
At present, SBI YONO has a total of 35 million registered users. Due to such a large number of customers, SBI does the maintenance work during night time so that least number of customers are affected. The total number of UPI users of SBI is more than 13.5 crore.
SBI is the largest bank of the country
Explain that State Bank of India is the largest bank in the country. A total of more than 22,000 branches, 57,889 ATMs of this bank are available across the country. As of December 31, 2021, SBI has 8.5 crore internet banking customers and 1.9 crore mobile banking users.
