Bank Holidays: Banks will be closed in these cities for next 5 days, check list before knowing

Bank Holidays: If you want to settle any work related to the bank in the coming 5 days, then before that definitely know whether the banks in your city will work or not.


New Delhi: According to the Bank Holiday Calendar of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), there are a total of 12 bank holidays in the month of September, but if you want to settle any bank related work in the coming 5 days, then before that this Be sure to know whether there will be work in the banks of your city or not.

There will be no work in banks this week due to many festivals and weekly holidays. So you plan your work by looking at the list of these holidays.

Let us tell you that the Reserve Bank issues a list of holidays every month. There were a total of 12 holidays this month, out of which the 5th of September has passed.

Banks will be closed on 8 September
8 September 2021 – Srimanta Sankardeva date
Let us tell you that due to this festival, there will be no work in the banks of Guwahati.

Banks will remain closed on 9 September
9 September 2021 –

Due to Teej, Haritalika, Haritalika Teej and Indrajatra, there will be no work in Gangtok banks on 9 and 10 September.

Banks will remain closed on September 10 (Bank holiday on 10 September 2021)
10 September 2021 – Ganesh Chaturthi/Samvatsari (Chaturthi Paksha)/Vinayak Chaturthi/Varasiddhi Vinayak Vrat
will not work in banks on 10th September due to Ganesh Chaturthi. Banks will remain closed on this day in Hamdabad, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Nagpur and Panaji.


Banks will be closed on 11 September -Second Saturday
of the month live.

Banks will be closed on 12 September
, due to Sunday on 12 September , banks of all the states will be closed.
