Make duplicate PAN card like this, here are the important documents, all the information related to fees

On applying for a duplicate PAN card, if there is no change, it is possible to get it reprinted.


New Delhi. Presently, Permanent Account Number (PAN) has become a very important document for financial transactions. PAN card is necessary for financial transactions like opening a new bank account, making investments, making payments. If your PAN card is lost or damaged, then now you do not have to worry, because you can get a new PAN card again. For this you have to follow the following online process.

However, when applying for a duplicate PAN card , it is possible to get it reprinted if there is no change. This facility can be availed by those PAN card holders who have obtained PAN through their new PAN application through NSDL e-Gov or through PAN instant e-PAN facility on e-filing portal of Income Tax Department.

While applying for a new PAN can be done on the UTIITSL website, to reprint an already created PAN, one has to apply at the following link: https://www.myutiitsl.com/PAN_ONLINE/homereprint

The updated mobile number and PAN record in the new duplicate PAN card will also remain the same in the reprint card.

You have to fill the details like PAN number, Aadhar number, date of birth in the application form. The applicant will also have to give permission for the use of Aadhaar details to get the PAN card reprinted. Captcha authentication will also have to be completed to submit the form.

The work will be completed in five phases

  • The user has to login to the official website of Income Tax Department.
  • Now click on the consumer section here and file for PAN card correction.
  • Attach all the necessary documents. The user will be asked to re-verify all the documents.
  • After filling the information, the fee has to be paid.
  • After this the PAN card will be delivered to your given address.

NSDL website   https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/index.html or UTITSL website https://www.pan.utiitsl.com/PAN/index.jsp on Online application can be made. The PAN fee for an Indian address is Rs 93 and for an address outside India, the fee will be Rs 864. The fee can be paid through credit/debit card, demand draft or net-banking. Once the application and payment are accepted, the PAN card will be sent to the applicant’s address.
