Vivo X70 will be the first phone in India to feature the latest Qualcomm flagship chipset. The phone can get up to 512GB of storage with a quad-camera setup, 120Hz display and up to 12GB of RAM.
Vivo has confirmed the launch of its latest flagship smartphone in India. The company has put up a dedicated webpage for the Vivo X70 series on the Vivo India website. The webpage confirms the launch date of the new Vivo smartphone and according to it, the X70 series will be launched in India on 30 September.
For those who do not know, let us tell you that Vivo introduced the X70 series as its latest top-tier in China earlier this month. The series includes three new models, i.e. Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro and Vivo X70 Pro Plus. The smartphone has excellent specifications for photography like quad-camera setup, powerful processor and big battery with fast charging support.
However, at that time, the devices were released only in China and the global availability of the smartphone was not disclosed. Earlier this week it was revealed that the new Vivo smartphones will be arriving in India in the month of September and the company has now confirmed the same.
Vivo India has put up teaser posters of the new X70 series on its website and social media channels. On the website, a reverse count is going on which seems to be closer to the date and time of the India launch event. The launch event of Vivo X70 series in India will be on September 30 at 12 noon.
Apart from the launch date, the webpage shows different colors on the X70 series. It also shows the Zeiss Optics camera system on the smartphone as well as the ultra-sensing gimbal. No other information has been shared about the device as of now, though there are some sample photos clicked through the X70 series camera on the display.
Not that there is much left to know about the device. Earlier launches hinted at the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset on the top-of-the-line Vivo X70 Pro+. If the smartphone makes its India debut on September 30 alongside the Vivo X70, it will be the first phone in the country to feature the latest Qualcomm flagship chipset. Apart from this, Vivo smartphones come with quad-camera setup, 120Hz display and up to 512GB of storage with up to 12GB of RAM.
