It is also being called the Prime Minister’s Digital Health Mission. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya told that on September 27, PM Modi will launch this scheme.

First of all, let us tell you that the pilot project of PM-DHM has been implemented in six union territories of Andaman-Nicobar, Chandigarh, Dadra-Nagar Haveli and Daman-Diu, Ladakh, Lakshadweep and Puducherry. First of all, what will happen is that the government will make a unique health card for everyone under this mission. Just Like Aadhar Card. And just like the Aadhaar number, you will get a Unique Identity Number. This number will identify the person in the field of health and the doctor will know the complete record of that person from this number.

Now you will say that what is the use of numbers? So friend, the biggest advantage for you is that when you go to see the doctor, you will get rid of carrying the file. The doctor or hospital will see the unique health ID of the patient and extract all his data and will be able to know all the things. Further treatment can also be started on the same basis. This card will also tell which government schemes you are taking advantage of or whether you get the benefit of Ayushman Bharat scheme or not.
Next question, how will these cards be made? So simple. Your mobile number and Aadhaar number will be taken. With the help of these two records, a unique health card will be created. For this, the government will create a health authority which will collect every single data of you or anyone. Permission will be given by the Health Authority to collect the health records of the person whose health ID is to be made.
