The biometrics i.e. fingerprints and pupils of eyes are not developed in children below the age of five years. Therefore, at the time of Aadhaar enrollment of such children, their biometrics are not taken.
Those people whose Aadhar card is lost and mobile number is not even registered and Aadhar number is not known, they can go to Aadhar center themselves and get their Aadhar card printed with the help of fingerprint by giving their name, address, date of birth etc. . He told that if fingerprints are not coming while taking ration or applying biometric attendance or making Ayushman card, then you can get your biometric updated by taking your Aadhaar card to the Aadhaar center yourself. He told that the date of birth in the Aadhar card will be correct only once, the name can be corrected twice. And the address can be changed six times.
He said that there are many benefits of registering mobile number in Aadhar card. With this, people get information about important schemes being run by the government sitting at home through SMS. They get the benefit of the government scheme easily, if in future the Aadhar card is lost somewhere, then you can download the Aadhar card sitting at home using the mobile number.
Documents for correcting date of birth
These include PAN card, school transfer certificate, mark sheet issued by the board and university, passport, central pension payment order, ECHS card, photo ID card issued by the department, etc. In the absence of these documents, you can get the date of birth changed in the Aadhar card by getting the date of birth verified by a first class officer on the standard format issued by UIDI.
