New Delhi. Jio Phone Next was announced in June through the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of India-based Reliance Jio. At that time the company had claimed that it would be made available in the market on September 10, but after that the company issued a statement saying that it would be available for purchase in time for the Diwali festive season. That is, the phone can be released in the Indian market in late October or early November. Now, the handset has appeared on Google Play Console with some key specs.

The Play Console listing of Jio Phone Next reveals that its display supports HD resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The device is powered by Snapdragon 215 mobile platform and 2GB RAM. It runs on Android 11, which appears to be the Go edition.
Specifications of Jio Phone Next
Previous reports have claimed that the JioPhone Next sports a 5.5-inch display, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and a 13-megapixel rear snapper. The 2 GB RAM variant of the device can offer 16 GB storage, while the 3 GB RAM model can come with 32 GB storage. The phone can have a 2,500mAh battery.
Jio Phone Next Price In India
Jio and Google have collaborated to provide a great experience on JioPhone Next. The device will offer features like on-screen translation, automatic read loud, India-centric filter for the camera and Google Assistant among others. It is also said to be equipped with a custom edition of Google Duo and Camera Go. Its price in the country will be between Rs 5,000 and Rs 7,000.
