- You will also get the unit linking application form from the nearest CSC center or the office of the Food Department.

- Now fill the full name of the new unit you want to add, mother’s name, father’s name, aadhaar number, date of birth and all other details carefully.
- Fill the name and complete details of all the new members i.e. new unit who want to add to their ration card in the application form.
- After this, fill the other information asked in the form such as address, ration card number, mobile number etc.
- After filling the application form properly, do not forget to put the applicant’s signature or thumb impression at the bottom.
- Now submit the prepared application form to the office/kiosk of the Food Department.
- Your application form will be scrutinized by the screening committee. If found correct after verification, a new unit will be added to the ration card.

Documents required to add new unit in ration card
