If you have not yet linked your Aadhar Card Number and Universal Account Number (UAN) with PF Account, then today is your last chance (UAN Aadhar Link Last Date). Actually, the deadline for linking Aadhaar and UAN is till November 30, 2021, which will end today.
Let us tell you that if you do not link UAN with Aadhaar number today, then you may have to face many problems. For example, from the next month i.e. December 1, 2021, the employer will not be able to put his monthly contribution in the EPF account of the employee. How to link UAN with Aadhaar
If you are facing problem in linking Universal Account Number (UAN) with your Aadhar Card Number, then you can link Aadhaar and UAN in two easy ways.
Link to EPFO website
- First of all go to the official website of EPFO.
- Log in here by entering your Universal Account Number (UAN) and Password.
- Now go to Manage section and select KYC option.
- Here you will see many documents to link Aadhaar with EPF account.
- Select the option of Aadhar and then write your name on the number and card and click on service.
- After this step, your Aadhaar will be verified with the data of UIDAI.
- Now your Aadhaar will be linked with your EPF account.
Link to UMANG App
- You can also link UAN and Aadhar with UMANG app. To do this, you have to go through some easy steps.
- Open UMANG app and click on EPFO link.
- Here you will get the option of ‘EKYC Services’, click on it.
- Now select ‘Aadhaar seeding’ option and enter your UAN number.
- By doing this an OTP i.e. One Time Password will come on your phone.
- Now fill all the details, this will link your Aadhaar with your UAN number.
