New Delhi: BOI Star Kisan Ghar: There is good news for the farmers on the new year. Bank of India, one of the country’s leading public sector banks, has introduced tremendous facilities for the farmers. The bank has brought a special loan scheme for the farmers named ‘Star Kisan Ghar’.
Under this scheme, loans will be available for farmers with low interest rate from construction of house to repair of house. Adequate time is also being given to the farmers by the bank to repay this loan.

Loan facility up to Rs 50 lakh
Under this special scheme, Bank of India is giving tremendous facility. Keep in mind that only a few farmers can take advantage of this scheme. Those farmers who have to construct their farm house on their agricultural land or to repair or renovate their current house, only those farmers will get the benefit.
Now it has become very easy for the farmers to build their dream house. In this, farmers will get a loan of Rs 1 lakh to Rs 50 lakh at an interest rate of 8.05 percent. Farmers will be given up to 15 years to repay it.
10 lakh will be given for repair
Only farmers with KCC account can take advantage of this scheme of Bank of India. Under this special scheme, a loan facility of Rs 1 lakh to Rs 50 lakh will be given to the farmers to build a new farm house or house. Apart from this, loans ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 10 lakh will be given to farmers doing repair or renovation work in the existing house.
No need to give ITR
