According to the Times of India, it is being told in a report that Alia Bhatt had refused to do this film. Actually, the actress had problems with dates. His schedule was already quite packed. She was not able to give any confirmation to the makers about doing the film. After the release of the film, Alia Bhatt wrote a social media post praising the film and the characters played in it.
