Prachi Bansal joins Thapki Pyar Ki 2: TV actress Jigyasa Singh has surprised all her fans by announcing she will quit Thapki Pyaar Ki 2. Jigyaasa decided to leave the show due to personal reasons. She was running ill for a long time, due to which the actress distanced herself from ‘Thapki Pyaar Ki 2’. After out of curiosity, the makers cast actress Prachi Bansal for the show. She has been seen in ‘Kaleerein’ before ‘Thapki Pyaar Ki 2’.
Actress Prachi Bansal has said, ‘I am very nervous if I tell the truth. I will try my best to live up to the expectations of the makers and the audience. I want the audience to accept me as a pat. Today was my first day on the set. My fellow actors have welcomed me on the sets and they are constantly helping me. The character of Thapki is a big responsibility, for which I will work very hard.
On comparison with Jigyasa, Prachi has said that she will present the character of Thapki in her own style. According to Prachi, “No two actors can have the same approach to a character. I know the audience has a special connection with Thapki. I will try to present this character in my own style so that the audience feels new and they know that I am doing my work honestly. I can’t copy the old actor because I won’t be successful in this.
Prachi has told that she was waiting for such a show, in which she would get a chance to play the lead character. She had decided that she would not accept a show until she was offered a lead character.
