However, there are several incidents that have been shared online by users complaining that they have received expired or defective products. But this tweet by Nitin Arora will not only fill you with disgust, it will make you think twice before ordering groceries on a grocery delivery app.
Arora shared the horror story on Twitter. He explained how he had ordered a packet of bread on Blinkit and had a bad experience with the item – a mouse! And it didn’t end here. The rat was still alive after the packet was delivered.
Now don’t know how the rat got trapped inside the packet in the name of ratatouille, but surprisingly the order packer and delivery agent didn’t realize the rat’s presence.

Arora’s post not only featured the shocking bread packet, but also included a screenshot of Blinkit’s shoddy customer service.
However, the company has reacted to the incident in the comment section. He wrote, “Hi Nitin, this is not the experience we wanted you to have. Please share your registered contact number or order id via DM for us to take a look.”
