Under the new rules, up to 100 percent refund can be taken on Tatkal tickets with certain conditions. You can get 100 percent refund if the train is late by 2 hours at the starting station, change of route, train not leaving the boarding station and coach damage or not getting the facility of travel in the booked ticket class.
