7th Pay Commission: New update on DA arrears of 18 months, Central employees will get more than 2 lakh rupees of DA arrears, know updates

New Delhi: It is now expected to get the money of DA arrears which was stopped for 18 months during the Corona period. It is believed that the Modi government can give not one but two big gifts to central employees and pensioners, the discussion of which is going on fast. The government is now going to increase the dearness allowance along with giving DA arrears of 18 months soon.

After this, a bumper increase in the basic salary of the employees is believed to be possible. If this happens, then both the gifts will work like arrows for the employees to fight inflation. The government has not officially taken any decision, but media reports are claiming till May 30.

Know when the DA arrear money will come

Modi government can soon transfer the money of DA arrears of 18 months to the account, the discussion of which is going on fast. The government had stopped the DA arrear money from January 2020 to June 2021 during the Corona virus infection period. Since then, the employees’ organizations have been continuously demanding.

Many times the government has also given an official statement on this in the House, in which there is no talk of giving any kind of money. Now there is a discussion in media reports that the government may consider giving DA arrears soon. If the government transfers the money of DA arrears to the employees, then there will be a bumper benefit. Level-I employees are expected to get a benefit of more than Rs 2 lakh.

DA will also be given

The central government can now announce to increase the DA of the employees any day. The government can increase DA by 4 percent, after which it will be 46 percent. This will increase the salary properly. At present the employees are getting the benefit of 42 per cent DA. It is believed that DA may be extended till May 30. Its rates will be implemented from July 2023.
