Follow these Steps
First of all add DMRC official WhatsApp number 9650855800 in your phone contact list. You can scan the chatbot QR code that is displayed on all Airport Express Line tickets and customer service desks. Send “Hi” to 9650855800 on WhatsApp. Then select the location you want from the list. Then select the option to purchase ticket, last journey ticket, or retrieve ticket. Then select the source station and destination and select how many tickets you want to buy.
Then pay securely using credit card, debit card or UPI using the integrated payment gateway. After that you will get QR code ticket in WhatsApp chat. Scan the QR code on your smartphone at the appropriate AFC gate scanner and travel the metro without any hassle.
