School Reopens: The school education department had announced that schools would open for all classes on June 7 instead of June 1 due to the summer heat. Accordingly, improvement works were being carried out in government and private schools. However, the effect of the sun did not decrease.
In this situation, Chief Minister M.K.Stalin held a meeting with School Education Minister Anbil Mahes and officials this morning. As a result, there is a possibility that the opening of schools may be delayed again.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Minister Anbil Mahes said, “Schools from class one to class five will be opened on June 14. “Schools from class 6 to class 12 will be opened on June 12,” he announced. Due to this, the summer vacation of the students has been extended again.
