TCS Latest Update: Big news! Work from home option is over, then women staff of TCS started resigning

TCS WFH: In the period of Corona crisis, the women staff of TCS got the facility of work from home, so they had made a system of working from their home, now they are facing difficulty in coming to office.

New Delhi: A strange problem is being seen these days in the country’s largest IT company TCS. TCS Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkad has said that after the option of work from home is over, the women staff of TCS have started resigning in a hurry. Historically, the attrition rate of female staff in Tata Consultancy Services is lower than that of males, but this time the rate has suddenly increased.

More than 6,00,000 people work with TCS, the country’s largest IT company, of which 35% are women. In India’s largest IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS Work From Home), the number of resignations of women staff has increased rapidly after the option was over. After this, it has started worrying whether the work-from-home facility can be affected by the abolition of the work-from-home facility.

The Chief HR Officer of TCS says that due to the Corona crisis and the subsequent work-from-home facility, there was a lot of ease in the functioning of women. Due to working at home by setting up the office, many women are facing difficulties in coming back to work.

Due to the development of work-from-home facility at the time of Corona crisis, women had a lot of ease. She was participating in the work of the office along with taking care of the household chores, taking care of the children and the family. Now that the work-from-home culture is over and TCS staff have been asked to return to office, a large number of women are resigning from the job.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) gives priority to women in its office work force according to gender diversity. HR of TCS said that Tata Consultancy Services is trying to remove the reason for women leaving the job. TCS has not given information about the attrition rate in its recently released annual report, but in the middle of the last financial year, the attrition rate of TCS staff had reached more than 20%.
