Bharti Airtel has launched a new prepaid plan for customers, which the company has quietly integrated into its prepaid portfolio. This plan is of Rs 289 (Airtel Rs 289 Prepaid Plan) and provides data and calling facilities to the users. This is the first Indian Airtel plan with a validity of 35 days. This plan is available on the Indian Airtel website and app.
Airtel Rs 289 Plan Details
India’s Airtel Rs 289 plan is a new prepaid plan that comes with a validity of 35 days. This plan offers users 4GB data, 300 SMS and unlimited voice calling. This also includes additional benefits of Airtel Thanks, such as Apollo 24×7 Circle, Free HelloTunes and Wink Music Free. It costs Rs 8.25 per day to use this plan.
If you want to look for a cheaper plan, which has fewer days of validity, then you can look at the Rs 199 plan. This plan has a validity of 30 days. This Rs 289 plan offers benefits similar to Airtel Thanks, where users get 3GB data, unlimited voice calling and 300 SMS. However, the daily cost of the Rs 199 plan is Rs 6.63, which is actually cheaper than the Rs 289 plan.
But in Rs 199 plan you will not get 5G facility. Bharti Airtel is rapidly rolling out 5G across the country and offers customers the facility to enjoy unlimited 5G data. If you do a prepaid recharge of Rs 239 or above, you can avail unlimited 5G data on Airtel.
