There has been a revision in the vacancies of IBPS Clerk. Earlier recruitment was done on 4045 posts, which has now increased to 4545. This includes 11 public sector banks including Central Bank, Bank of Baroda. Here candidates will be hired on various posts.
Application fee
The candidates who want to apply for the post of Clerk. He can submit the application online. SC, ST, PWBD and EXSM category candidates can apply by paying a fee of Rs 175. Whereas for unreserved, EWS and OBC category candidates, this fee has been kept at Rs 850.
Exam details
- The preliminary exam of IBPS Clerk will be held on 26 and 27 August 2023.
- Its result will be declared in September or October. After which the main examination has been held on 7 October 2023.
- The preliminary exam for Clerk consists of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and English Subject and is of 100 marks.
- The shortlisted candidates in the preliminary exam get a chance to appear in the mains exam which is going to be conducted now. This test consists of subjects like General English, Computer Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability General and Finance Awareness. It is of 200 marks.
This is the age limit
The minimum age of the candidate applying for the vacancy of IBPS Clerk should be 20 years and maximum age should be 28 years. Only then they will be eligible to apply.
